Guild Bank Rules
(Proposed...not Official, Yet)

This is a "living" document.  Input is highly valued.  Suggestions will be reviewed and applied accordingly.

Guidelines for Guild Bank

Our current bank guys are...as titled Guild Bank in the normal roster

Skeletonlord - Satyr Bank
Grakan - Hatala/Gawdz Bank

Our original bank rules as listed on the website are currently suspended until we get more use out of the bank.
Basically we'll use the "sticky" note on "Temporary Rules" post by Gawdz for the time being.
We only want donations of blue items, recipes, hard to come by mats, bags, etc.
In order for the bank to have use, people need to be interactive here (including myself to keep my inventory upto date).
So I'm going to update Skeletonlord's inventory once per 2 weeks for now. Depending on use -- I'll increase the frequency.

TEMPORARY BANK RULES

As of June 2006, the following points are suspended....
#4, #5, #6, #8
--Satyr

As of right now, the Guild Bank has a temporary set of rules in place until the point system can be established and set up. The
temporary rules are as follows:

1. You must be a member in the guild to withdraw from the bank.
2. You must also be registered in the public/private forums.
3. You must be able to use the item upon withdrawing it from the Guild bank.
4. You are required to donate an item upon withdrawing an item from the
Guild bank to help replenish the stock. The item must be within +/- 5 levels of the item being withdrawed.
5. You are only allowed to withdraw one item a week.
6. In order to withdraw items, you will need to post your request on the
Guild Bank part of the forum. Title must be titled "Item Request: *Item
Name" but without the quotes.
Example: Item Request: Silver Sword of the Bear. This is to try to keep all requests uniform in nature.
7. Gold is not authorized to be withdrawn for the time being until we get a
surplus going.
8. Items will only be maintained in the Guild Bank for a maximum of 30
day, after which they will be sold for the best price in the AH and
the gold donated to the Guild Bank. Items of exception are:
Blues/Purples/Rare Ingredients.

This is all of the temporary rules currently. Any additional updates
will be posted here.

PROPOSED BANK POINT SYSTEM

  1. Must be active as a status member in the guild and registered on the guild website.
  2. Each member will be given 5 points upon completion of rule number #1.
  3. After the initial number of points is spent the member will have to donate items or gold to receive more points.
  4. Money donations are required to be in the increments of atleast 1 gold. Anything lower is a waste of time.
  5. To donate an item, you must first post a message on the guild website. Then the item will need to be sent to either blackmoorbnk (for money and gems/recipes) or blackmoorgr (for gear items). Hatala will then email back with a response if the item has been received or not.
  6. Hatala is the Bank Manager and all transactions must be approved by her and one of either Satyr or Griminus.
  7. Any discrepancies will be handled by the Guildmaster (Satyr) or Co-Leader (Griminus) to ensure a check-and-balance system.
  8. Participation in the Guild Bank is always an option but not required to be apart of the guild.
  9. You are only allowed to get items from your tier or lower. It is pointless to get a lvl 55 item if you are only level 30. This is to ensure fairness amongst the guild.
  10. Items donated one tier below your level will only count as half points and any items in the tiers lower will not count as any points. This will prevent someone from farming the first tier items and using them to get a lvl 60 item.
  11. Gold donations are not counted from the first two tier levels. Level 20 or lower characters really shouldn’t have spare gold since they should be leveling fairly quickly and spells/armor isn’t cheap. Although this doesn’t prevent them from donating items or withdrawing gold from the guild bank.
